The house is located just 100 metres from the beach which is patrolled 365 days of the year and just a quick 3 minute walk to the famous Salt Village.Ohana Beach House is only 3 years young and offers a luxurious resort style atmosphere with a capacity to sleep 12 persons comfortably with extra bedding available if required. It's living and entertaining areas are vast and modern and the bedrooms are large and comfortable.The house has been designed into zones where perfect harmony can be achieved to fulfill your holiday desires. Boasting 5 bedrooms (all with ensuites), the master suite having a separate lanai area on the second level for some private time. Booking � Any rental offering shall be addressed by the concerned Host to the Guests. If You request a booking for an accommodation You are interested in, You will be asked to provide Your credit card information and billing address. HouseTrip will obtain a pre-authorization on Your credit card for the total amount of Your request to ensure that You have the necessary amount of funds available to cover the transaction, but will not charge Your card at that time. If Your booking is accepted by the Host for the dates set forth in your request, the payment process described under para. 8 will apply. If You provide Us with a confirmation from the Host that Your booking has been duly cancelled, HouseTrip will return the advanced payment provided for under para. 8.b; provided, however, that such cancellation occurs up to three days prior to the beginning of Your stay as agreed upon in the booking confirmation. No refunds will be provided after this deadline by HouseTrip. Furthermore, Our fees are non-refundable.
